jobboardiguess™ collects and stores your data in the following ways.

Job seekers

People who are looking for jobs do not get their data collected in any way, shape, or form.

Employers

Employers who post jobs on this platform will see the following data collected for each job:

• The email the employer used to log in with.
• The name of the job.
• The name of the company the job corresponds to.
• The job's location, including latitude and longitude.
• A short description of the job.
• If the job is in-person, hybrid, etc.
• The job's salary.
• The job's degree requirement.
• If the job is entry level, senior, etc.
• If the job is full time, etc.
• A link to the job application.
• The date and time the job is active until.
• The date and time the job was posted.
• A phone number to contact the employer.
• A long description of the job.
• Whether or not you read and accepted the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
• Two different numerical job ids.

All information that is collected is stored on a Google Drive and is subject to as much privacy that being on a Google Drive permits it. That being said, all information in the above bullet points is public, meaning all of it can be found with enough searching. If you edit a job post, the old job post's data is saved still, but won't be visible on the job boards. jobboardiguess™ may delete data whenever they want to, but if you want to delete data yourself, contact jobs@rayburnanimationstudios.com and request your data be deleted.
