Employers
- Employers must register using a valid email address. The same email will be shown publicly on all associated job posts unless otherwise specified.
- Each employer account is responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the job listings they post.
- All job posts must be accurate, non-misleading, and appropriate. Unrelated, fraudulent, harmful, discriminatory, or explicit content is strictly prohibited and will be removed.
- jobboardiguess™ may suspend or terminate employer accounts that misuse the platform.
- Payments made for job posts are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Job Seekers
- Job seekers may use the platform free of charge to search for jobs and apply to postings.
- jobboardiguess™ does not verify employer identities or job listings, though efforts are made to reduce fraudulent or harmful postings.
- Job seekers should exercise their own due diligence before applying, interviewing, or accepting a job.
- jobboardiguess™ is not responsible for employment relationships, pay, benefits, or disputes between employers and job seekers.
Liability
- jobboardiguess™ acts only as a listing service and does not control the hiring process, compensation, or outcomes.
- The platform is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- jobboardiguess™ is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, or from interactions between employers and job seekers.
Termination
- jobboardiguess™ reserves the right to suspend, limit, or permanently remove access to any account or job post at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- By using this platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Summit County, Ohio for resolving any disputes arising under these Terms.
